We're looking for a Manager to lead our Industrial Lead and Product Data Group team within Global Industrialization. Join us in Lund and play a key role in taking Axis' products from the drawing board to volume production! Who is your future team? You will lead a team of approximately 11 people, consisting of Industrial Leads and the Product Data Group (PDG). The Industrial Leads are creative and ambitious individuals who plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities across product development projects. They work at the intersection of R&D, New Business, and Operations - as well as with Axis' contract manufacturers - making the role highly collaborative with many interfaces. The Product Data Group consists of self-driven and highly dedicated individuals responsible for creating part numbers in PLM systems, building Sales Unit structures, designing product labels, and much more. Together, these teams are a vital part of Global Industrialization, which also includes Production & Test functions, Quality and Packaging engineers - a department of around 150 skilled colleagues working together to bring Axis' innovations to life at scale.
