What will you do?As a Mobile Engineering Manager at Rebtel, you will lead the engineers behind our iOS and Android apps, combining hands-on native mobile development with coaching and team leadership. Your daily work will focus on building high-quality mobile experiences, driving technical excellence, and helping engineers grow in their craft. You will also champion the effective use of AI-assisted development to improve productivity while maintaining strong engineering standards and ownership.This is not a management-only role. You will write and review production code, pair with engineers, and help solve difficult technical problems while taking responsibility for the team's development and delivery.
