About the RoleWrknest is looking for an Operations Quality Engineer on behalf of a client. In this role, you will support the Operations Quality Manager with quality expertise to ensure and continuously improve quality throughout the production processes.You will work both operationally and strategically, monitoring quality performance, analysing deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with Production, Supplier Quality, R&D and Production Engineering. You will also initiate and drive Lean Six Sigma activities aimed at reducing scrap, rework and other quality-related issues.This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to production, where several challenges may need attention at the same time. You will have the opportunity to work throughout the improvement process, from data analysis and root cause investigation to implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.Your Future ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Quality Engineer, you will have a broad role within quality assurance and continuous improvement.
