Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO As Payroll Specialist, you will play an important role in securing accurate and compliant payroll delivery for our colleagues in Sweden. You will work across payroll, accounting, process optimisation and reporting, ensuring that processes are handled with quality, care and in line with Swedish legislation, collective agreements and H&M Group standards. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, master data and employee files with accuracy and care. Ensure payroll activities follow Swedish legislation, collective agreements and internal routines. Complete month-end activities including bank file submissions, accounting files and AGI processing. Handle payroll calculations, corrections, reporting, incidents and escalations. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, compliance and colleague experience.
