In this pivotal role, you will support our ongoing transformation by driving people initiatives, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and enabling business success in a rapidly evolving environment.Your roleAs People & Culture Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the factory management team and will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support, partnering closely with leaders across the factory.You will be part of a collaborative and engaged People & Culture team of four, supporting Operations across the Nordics.
