Reporting to the Director P&C Operations, Northern Europe, this role delivers high quality operational advice, ensures consistent application of policies, and partners with senior leadership and people managers on day-to-day people matters across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The role also partners with the wider P&C Ops community in the region and the Strategic P&C Business Partners aligned to the business units that operate in the Nordics.
