We are looking for a People & Talent Partner who can take ownership of talent acquisition while helping us build the foundations of our People function.This is a hands-on, non-managerial role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, moving between immediate hiring needs and longer-term People priorities, and building practical solutions rather than simply following established processes.The RoleAs our People & Talent Partner, you will work closely with the founders to understand where the company is heading, identify the talent we need, and help build the processes that support our people as we grow.There is no fixed playbook for this role.
