The work tasks may include but are not limited to:Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Planning Engineer to manage the planning, cost, and progress tracking processes of our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project management team to ensure that project objectives are achieved on schedule and within the allocated budget. Key Responsibilities:- Develop, update, and maintain project baseline schedules and routine progress tracking.- Analyze project performance, evaluate schedule variances, and monitor cost deviations utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology.- Execute rigorous construction cost controlling and financial reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.- Proactively identify potential delays and cost overrun risks, providing regular (weekly/monthly) comprehensive reports to senior management.- Plan and allocate project resources (manpower, equipment, materials) and conduct productivity and efficiency analyses.- Gather field data and subcontractor updates to integrate into the master project progress reports.
