ResponsibilitiesManage the technical operation of the platform, with emphasis on incident handling, monitoring, troubleshooting and integrationsAnalyze incident flows, pinpoint root causes and drive improvements that prevent recurring issuesCarry out testing, configuration and quality assuranceTroubleshoot integrations and data flowsWork together with suppliers, internal IT functions and other stakeholdersHelp maintain strong data quality and platform stability, in line with applicable requirements for information security and data protectionRequired skills and experienceExperience in incident management and technical support, preferably at 2nd line levelBasic knowledge of ITIL and ITIL-based processesExperience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing toolSolid technical understanding and a genuine interest in digital platforms and solutionsStrong analytical ability, with a track record of identifying root causes and driving improvementsGood communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical and business-oriented stakeholdersMeritoriousExperience in platform or application managementExperience with integrations, APIs and data flowsExperience with Active Directory, Entra ID or other identity and access management solutionsExperience in risk management, information security or lifecycle managementExperience with Jira, as well as testing and configurationExperience with LMS, SaaS platforms or other business-critical applicationsLocation Västerås or Solna, with occasional travel between the two offices.
