That is why we built Customer Zero.What is Customer Zero?Customer Zero is the Coretura canary OEM: a real, production-shaped tenant run as if it were an external customer, with its own identities, its own network, and its own access boundary, outside the internal Coretura network. It is the first real recipient of every release, and the point is simple: find what is broken or rough before Volvo, Daimler, or the next OEM does.What you will be doingYou own the technical environment that makes Customer Zero credible, not just that it exists, but that it genuinely behaves like the environment of a real customer, by making sure the build environment and development tools work in an OEM context. In practice, that means building and maintaining the infrastructure, keeping the developer portal and development environment operational. Setting up routine validation on every release to make sure that every release is better than the last. You will team up with our Customer Zero Lead and work closely with Quality Release Engineers and own the technical cloud domain of the simulated customer environment. Communication is at the heart of the role. Customer Zero sits between teams, so you will spend much of your time sharing what you find, explaining why it matters, and aligning developers and stakeholders around it.
