Main ResponsibilitiesThe Process Engineer carries out the industrialization of products in Ulricehamn according to standards and specifications, in line with targets for quality, cost, and delivery.The tasks include:Participating in design reviews to ensure product manufacturabilityLeading the industrialization and performing tasks defined in the project quality plan based on applicable standards (overall responsibility for manufacturing, process FMEA, control plan, specifications, trial run, process validation, …)Ensuring industrialization planning, the allocated budget, and that the process design aligns with specifications; this is done in collaboration with the project manager and/or the Product Lines industrialization teamParticipating in technical meetings and project reviewsCompleting the product’s process FMEALeading action plans for process development and validating technical decisionsBeing responsible for establishing the technical data for the processActively participating in reviews of design and supplier selection for production equipment.
