Team Lithography At Silex, our Lithography team is central to transferring intricate designs onto substrates using advanced UV exposure equipment, an essential step in the fabrication of all our products. As part of this dedicated team, you’ll contribute to and develop your skills alongside 14 talented engineers and technicians. Together, we own the lithography equipment and processes, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements. Our mission is to accelerate the introduction and development of new products while ensuring smooth, high-quality production In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and improve Lithography processes. Establish, and maintain routines and documentation. Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs). Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production. Participate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows. Take responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules. Collaboration with all levels of the organization and external vendors of the materials and equipment.
