About the roleWorking as a Producer at Tarsier, you will hold a vital leadership position within the studio, playing a core role in shaping both our games and our culture. In this role, your focus is delivering the product while fostering a healthy, motivated, and aligned team. Following in the footsteps of the award-winning Little Nightmares and our most recent release REANIMAL, you will be a driving factor in an exciting journey to take the next steps for our games and the studio. Your main responsibility is to ship a great product in the best way possible that fits Tarsier, our games and our people. As a Producer, you will collaborate across the board with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for product deliveries, budget, timeline, and staffing, while working closely with creative leadership to keep the team unified under a shared vision.
