You will also oversee resource planning.Provide insight and develop priorities for engineering tasks, while ensuring that quality and delivery goals are met.Set priority of tasks and ensure that our complex products meet set quality standards and legal requirements. You will be reporting to the bushing engineering manager, and together establish engineering standards, support continuous improvement activities and manage budgetary controls. You will also be engaged in creating the development of an engineering strategy that is in line with the organization’s vision.
