As a case builder you will monitor the field quality situation of the domain in question and work closely with the respective Product Maintenance teams and the sales regions to drive product quality of our products.This role offers a chance to significantly impact the quality of our products and thus our business.Main Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of the Product Quality Case Builder is to, in a fact based way, define and quantify product quality issues. You will monitor field statistics and other input on all markets to identify issues, initiate Quality Cases and also drive the cases in Define and Measure phase. This includes creation and interpretation of in-depth statistical data and information, perform prioritization among related quality issues and request technical material via the parts return process.The Case Builder supports the Product Maintenance team throughout the cases, participating in PM and TFR meetings.
