Product Quality Engineer At Koenigsegg, quality is engineered from the start. As a Product Quality Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to solve complex technical challenges and help deliver some of the world's most advanced Megacars. What you'll do Lead complex quality investigations using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Root Cause Analysis.Drive resolution of issues related to product design, manufacturing, assembly, suppliers, materials, and process variation.Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions while ensuring robust verification of implemented solutions.Collaborate closely with Design Engineering to improve product robustness, manufacturability, and reliability.Support production teams with hands-on problem solving on the shop floor.Contribute to product development through DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, design reviews, and risk assessments.Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation, standards, and compliance with automotive quality requirements. Who you are You are an analytical, hands-on engineer with a passion for solving complex problems.
