Job ScopeLyten is seeking a Production Engineer with a specialization in automated industrial (battery) productions. As a Production Engineer (Pilot Production) you will stabilize, scale, and continuously improve pilot‑line processes that span electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, and formation & aging. Your mission is to translate cell designs and lab recipes into robust, traceable processes ready for industrialization at Northvolt gigafactories. You will work closely together with production, process, quality, and automation engineers to make sure the production process is achieving the required stability and is ready for transfer to gigafactory scale. You will ensure process and equipment meet availability and reliability and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall areas of responsibilities and activitiesKey responsibilities include (but are not limited to)· Own pilot-line selected production steps across Wet- and Dry Electrode, Assembly and Formation & Aging processes.
