Your role As Program Director for our contracts within Product Unit Defence & Enhanced capabilities, you will be responsible for our commitments to customers in existing and new contracts. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that the contract execution meets the customers' requirements and the management's requirements for profitability. The role involves P&L responsibility for the entire contract lifetime.You coordinate a business team with participants from different areas of the organization with the task of achieving set goals together. Your role also means that you are the primary point of contact for the customer. Travel is therefore a natural part of the assignment.In the work of developing our business, you will participate in the prospect phase and then take over responsibility when the business is handed over from prospect to project/program phase for new contracts/businesses. Your profile Business acumen is something that comes naturally and you have the ability not only to see the whole picture but also understand the importance of details.
