Creating project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Monitoring project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Managing project changes Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
