As part of this investment, we are looking for a Project Manager R&D who wants to lead complex product development projects and help turn ideas into market-ready solutions. The Position As Project Manager R&D, you will lead cross-functional product development projects within our broad portfolio of material handling solutions, including automated vehicles, energy solutions, smart and connected trucks, and warehouse trucks. Working closely with engineering, product management, manufacturing and other key stakeholders, you will drive projects from concept and development through industrialisation and production launch. You will bring structure, direction and momentum to complex initiatives, balancing scope, time, cost, quality and technical requirements while ensuring alignment across the organisation. Beyond project execution, you will contribute to the continued development of our European R&D organisation by sharing insights, improving ways of working and supporting strategic project planning.
