Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects. Prepare and present progress reviews and reports to senior management.Liaise with key stakeholders to review project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving.Establish and manage project schedule resource requirements across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases. Create and maintain progress reporting tools to track project goals and milestones. Provide performance updates and variance reports, identifying corrective actions as required. Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear communication of schedule status and planning issues.Support account management and business development through strong client relationship management.Take ownership of assigned projects and support colleagues on other projects when required.
