The opportunityAs a Real Estate Facility Manager with us, you are responsible for managing both leased and owned premises and maintain daily contact with the operations that take place in these facilities. You have budget responsibility and ensure that maintenance plans are developed and implemented. You act as a requirements setter in construction projects and coordinate property-related matters. You collaborate with business units and support functions, taking overall responsibility for understanding current and future needs.How you’ll make an impactBudget responsibility and follow-up for the different sitesAct as the primary contact between Hitachi and property owners as well as their subcontractorsPlace orders for assignments in collaboration with both internal and external colleaguesPlan and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as various construction projectsEnsure compliance with applicable directives, regulatory requirements, and lawsFinancial follow-up and evaluation of signed agreementsOperational and personnel responsibility for the daily activities within the property management unitYour backgroundRelevant education and extensive experience in property management for commercial and industrial facilitiesMinimum 10 years in similar roles, including personnel responsibilityStrong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; proven ability to manage projects and maintenance budgetsExpertise in project management, reporting, and developing maintenance plansSolid knowledge of tenancy and contract law, as well as regulatory complianceStructured and detail-oriented approach with excellent documentation skillsProficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; driver’s license requiredMore About UsWe believe great work thrives in…
