Acting as a key regional contact, you collaborate closely with internal control leads, process owners, and leadership to ensure alignment with policies and procedures while strengthening compliance awareness. You report to the Head of Internal Control and Compliance.Job responsibilitiesSupport entities in performing internal controls in line with defined control designs and risk and control matricesGuide stakeholders to improve internal control maturity, effectiveness, and documentationParticipate in self-assessments, control testing, and walkthroughs for new or updated controlsMonitor internal audit and control action plans, ensuring timely and effective closureCoordinate internal control testing and audit activities, acting as a bridge between entities and global functionsReview compliance actions and their status, identify gaps, and support remediation, training, and awareness initiativesLocation and flexibilityThis is a remote position with a flexible location, preferably based in a European country where Seco has an office.
