You'll keep things running smoothly day-to-day by troubleshooting devices, keeping inventory in order, and making sure every participant has a good experience from their first email to their last.This is an entry-level role, ideal if you're early in your career and want to see how hardware trials at Natural Cycles work in practice. You don't need prior experience in clinical research. What matters most is that you're organized, reliable, and enjoy solving practical problems.You'll work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate with Hardware, Finance, IT, and HR. Research and trials workload fluctuates, so we're looking for someone comfortable switching gears to collaborate with other teams if needed.Please note that this is a one-year contract role based in the Stockholm area, with a start date in December.What you will be doingTroubleshoot: help participants solve device and app issues, test devices yourself, and figure out what went wrong when something doesn't work.
