We have E2E responsibility for the Base Tech product system areas, including in-vehicle wired communication, diagnostics, and software download (SWDL). Our mission is to ensure the quality of critical attributes such as fault isolation and fault management at the vehicle level, while safeguarding the customer experience for over-the-air (OTA) updates.
