Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL DO As Security Specialist within Group Security, you will act as Health and Safety Specialist and take on a key role in developing, strengthening and continuously improve H&M Groups’ global Health & Safety strategies across all sales markets. In this role, you will focus on providing expertise, building frameworks, standards and enablement rather than operational ownership. You will work closely with Business Units, Central Security teams and Health & Safety teams across all sales markets to design scalable solutions, provide expert guidance and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation. By translating strategy into practical tools, insights and best practices, you will play a critical role in creating a strong and consistent health and safety culture that support safe, compliant and commercially effective operations.
