In this role, you will drive catalyst innovation from laboratory concept to industrial implementation, developing catalyst formulations, designing advanced test systems, and generating the experimental data that guides our product development.You will work closely with our CTO, R&D team, manufacturing, and project organization while enjoying significant technical independence and the opportunity to influence the future direction of our catalyst portfolio.Your ResponsibilitiesAs our Senior Catalyst Engineer, you will:Lead catalyst testing programs, including performance mapping, durability testing, accelerated ageing, poisoning studies, and failure investigations.Develop new catalyst formulations, coating technologies, and structured metallic catalyst solutions.Design, build, commission, and continuously improve catalyst test rigs, reactors, gas supply systems, and laboratory equipment.Develop automation, PLC control systems, data acquisition, and analytical methods for reliable testing.Developing kinetic models for our catalyst range from experimental data.Support the transfer of catalyst technologies from laboratory development to production.Contribute expert technical judgement while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.W…
