The program accelerates the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strengthens the use of standard processes and enables Alfa Laval to benefit from continued innovation. As Live Site Manager, with ownership of the Nordics region, you will help establish and continuously improve the Live Site Management concept across the organization. You will work closely with Live Site Managers for North America, Western Europe and China, connecting live sites with development, rollout and global process teams to ensure that business needs are understood, prioritized and translated into sustainable improvements. About the jobThis is a senior, full-time change management role at the intersection of business and IT. Internally at Alfa Laval this role is called Live Site Manager. You will be the central point of contact for ERP-related matters across the live sites in your region, covering both Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and legacy ERP systems still in use in the region. Your focus will be on helping sites navigate change, improving ways of working and ensuring that ERP development delivers long-term business value. You will build trusted relationships across functions, facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and create alignment around priorities and solutions.
