We are looking for a Senior International Project Manager to support international collaboration within Saab's business operations in Karlskoga, Sweden. In this role, you will coordinate parts of complex international projects; transferring technical information, documentation and production-related knowledge between international Saab organizations. You will work closely with engineering, project management, operations and other support functions to ensure efficient collaboration and successful delivery of business-critical activities in an international setting. Your role In this role, you will:· Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and delivery of product-related information between international teams. · Participate in product, production and process reviews. · Identify risks, challenges and improvement opportunities related to documentation and processes. · Support knowledge sharing and technology transfer activities. · Collaborate with engineering, project management and production teams to ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered on time. · Support planning and coordination of training and knowledge transfer activities. · Coordinate activities across multiple functions, including Operations, Quality, Finance, HR and Facilities. · Support project planning, follow-up and reporting to stakeholders and management. · Travel internationally when required to support business needs.
