The consultant will be responsible for managing ongoing IT initiatives and leading the replacement of an existing application suite.The role involves working closely with internal IT teams and relevant stakeholders, planning and coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is delivered within agreed requirements and timelines.The consultant is expected to work independently, proactively identify improvements, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and contribute to successful project delivery.Main responsibilitiesLead and coordinate IT projects and initiatives.Manage the replacement of an existing application or system environment.Plan, follow up and report project progress.Coordinate activities with different IT teams and stakeholders.Conduct investigations of IT systems and IT environments.Prepare decision-making and project documentation.Ensure that the assignment remains within agreed scope and requirements.Apply agile ways of working.Communicate project status, risks and progress to relevant stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.Minimum 3 years of experience conducting investigations of IT systems and IT environments.Experience preparing decision-making documentation.Strong knowledge of Agile working methods.Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.Swedish citizenship.Ability to work independently and proactively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with IT system/application replacement projects.Advantageous experienc…
