You will be part of a highly skilled team developing and maintaining data platforms and pipelines that enable large-scale analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives.This role combines platform engineering, data engineering, cloud technologies, and data governance in a modern and data-driven environment.About the roleAs a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms and data pipelines with a strong focus on Databricks.Drive improvements to platform architecture, setup, and capabilities.Develop and maintain robust ETL and data pipelines for large-scale operational data.Design and implement data governance models, metadata management solutions, and data catalog capabilities.Ensure high standards for data quality, security, compliance, and data discoverability.Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for Databricks and cloud environments.Build automated, reliable, and reproducible platform environments.Collaborate with developers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and business stakeholders.Translate technical and business requirements into scalable and production-ready data solutions.Contribute to the continuous development, operation, and maintenance of the data platform.Who You AreWe are looking for someone with:Several years of experience as a Data Engineer, Platform Engineer, or a similar senior role.Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience designing, developing, and m…
