Key responsibilitiesLead the development of indexable tool concepts, solid round tools, tooling systems and cutting tool grades from concept through launch readiness.Ensure delivery of knowledge, models and data related to product, grade, application and cutting process, for internal and external users.Set and execute a market- and technology-driven strategy and roadmap for technology and knowledge development, with sustainability embedded throughout.Build partnerships and strengthen collaboration within Sandvik as well as with external research eco-systems.Lead and develop leaders and technical teams, ensure future capabilities and succession, and guide the organization through change.
