We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, excellent service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Chef and management in the daily operation of the kitchen.Lead kitchen service and ensure smooth operations.Organize daily prep and maintain high kitchen standards.Train, motivate, and support kitchen staff.Ensure food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.Assist with menu development.Help manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a leadership role.Experience working in busy à la carte restaurants.Strong leadership and communication skills.Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.Fluent in English.
