Join Ramboll as our new Spearhead Unit Manager for Safety & Advisory Sweden as part of our Global rail organisation and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Spearhead Unit Manager, you will lead and develop our Safety & Advisory business in Sweden, working closely with colleagues across the Nordics and internationally. Safety & Advisory Sweden covers a wide range of disciplines, including rail safety, project management, capacity and railway planning analysis, railway studies, and rail simulation and modelling. The unit is distributed across Ramboll offices in Malmö, Stockholm, Göteborg, Halmstad and Västerås, with some travel within Sweden expected. From September, a Team Lead based in Malmö will support the day-to-day management and development of a team of five people. You will be part of Ramboll's Transport market and the global Rail organisation, where specialists across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany and the UK collaborate, share expertise and work across borders to develop disciplines and deliver innovative solutions for clients.This is a strategic leadership role where you will combine people leadership, business development, project delivery and operational excellence to strengthen Ramboll's Safety & Advisory offering in Sweden.
