The Operations department includes Customer Service, Logistics, Damage Control, Global Service Network, and Reliability & Cold Chain Services, working together to ensure customers receive the right containers at the right time while supporting successful shipments.As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and helping deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the entire shipment process.The role: In this role, you will be the link between Envirotainer, its customers, and partners, providing first-line support via email and helping resolve questions related to products, services, and basic technical issues. You will manage customer cases while ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.As customer support is available 24/7, you will work two weekend shifts per month (00:00–12:00 or 12:00–00:00) with on-call duty. You may also occasionally work during global public holidays. Your monthly schedule will vary, with a minimum of four paid hours per shift.
