We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SW Test Leader who wants to take a leading role in verification and validation of software for aeronautical systems.You will be responsible for leading the testing and verification work for software used in civil aviation. Further more, you will be involved in building a local team to work on set verification goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate software testingEnsure that verification and validation activities are carried out in accordance with project and certification requirementsOperate and develop automated test solutions and test environmentsPlan, prioritize and follow up on test activities together with test engineers and development teamsReview requirement specifications to ensure testability and complete test coverageAnalyze test results, manage deviations and support root cause analysesReport status, risks and quality indicators to project management and stakeholdersParticipate in internal and external audits as well as certification activitiesExperience and CompetenceSeveral years of experience in software testing, verification or quality workExperience in leading teams or coordinating test activities in complex development projectsGood understanding of software development processes and testing methodologyExperience with test automation and modern testing toolsAbility to communicate clearly and create engagement in cross-functional teamsVery good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writingIt's an advantage if you have:Aerospace, defense or other safety-critical industry experiencesCertification standards such as DO-178C, ARP4754A or similarEmbedded systems, real-time systems and avionics experienceRequirements management tools such as IBM DOORSISTQB certification or equivalent.
