You will be part of a team with highly skilled SMs, where you jointly plan the work and share tasks and knowledge. Some of the challenges are maintaining focus on priorities, communicate, inspire and be active in studies needed to drive the area towards the product vision. O&M is critical from aspects of system upgrade, observability and troubleshooting in mobile networks. What you will do: As System Manager for O&M, you will be handling and defining the product requirements regarding system upgrade, configuration, alarm & counters, troubleshooting and more.
