About the role As a Systems Engineer, you will become an important part of our Customer Delivery team, where we adapt and optimize NIRA's embedded software for global automotive customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and planning vehicle data collection to analysing results, optimizing system performance and validating solutions before production release.The role combines analytical thinking, signal processing, engineering judgement and practical problem solving. You'll work with real vehicle data, identify performance improvements and continuously refine our products together with software developers, Technical Leads and Customer Project Managers. You will also contribute to improving how we work by developing tools, refining workflows and exploring new ways to increase efficiency and quality.
