About the jobAs Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role within Parts, Distribution & Logistics (PDL), shaping the future of the office organization at Distribution Centre Lund. As a member of the DC Lund Management Team, you will lead the function from a strategic, business, and organizational perspective, ensuring the organization has the structure, leadership, and capabilities needed to support long-term growth and operational excellence. Stakeholder management is a key part of this role. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, global functions, and customers while contributing to the strategic direction of the Distribution Centre. By building strong relationships and creating alignment across a complex international organization, you will help drive business performance, organizational development, and future growth. This is a fully on-site position based in Lund.
