Job Description15+ years of experience in Digital Engineering delivery, with a proven track record specifically within the Telecommunications vertical. Experience in driving efficiencies and innovation in virtualized RAN architectures, Self-Organizing Network (SON) features, and Network Management Systems (NMS) to ensure that solutions and services remain at the forefront of industry standards and evolving market demands. Experience leading either regional accounts of 100+ people or global accounts of 200+ people. Expert-level knowledge of global delivery, financial management, and Organizational Change Management (OCM). A demonstrable ability to introduce AI-enabled solutions and drive a modernization agenda within a legacy environment.
