We need to strengthen our leadership team with a VP Strategy, who will own Marshall Group's corporate strategy and help shape the next chapter of our growth. You will lead our end-to-end strategy process, from long-range planning and competitive intelligence to portfolio decisions and growth initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you will translate ambition into clear, executable direction across our brand and product portfolio. You will report directly to the CEO. Corporate Strategy Own the annual and multi-year strategy cycle, formalising the company's strategic planning processes and facilitating alignment across the executive team. Develop and maintain a clear point of view on Marshall Group's competitive positioning, actively tracking industry trends and market dynamics across audio, consumer electronics, and lifestyle. Analyse the efficacy of existing strategies and course-correct as internal and external conditions evolve. Ensure strategic alignment across all business units, walking into any part of the organisation and testing whether decisions are working towards the company's goals.
